Homes are staying on the market 57% less time, averaging 42 days, than last year and there is only a 2.8 month supply of homes currently on the market in Valley Ranch, down 44% from last year (a ‘normal’ market, not a buyer’s market nor a seller’s market is considered to be a 6 month supply of homes on the market).
