In the 1990’s, the Plano Texas real estate market exploded; new subdivisions popped up everywhere. These were primarily single family detached homes, preceded by a few condos and townhomes in the 1980’s. It is an 800 acre park with 8.5 miles of trails located along Rowlett Creek. Arbor Hills Nature Preserve has 200 acres and offers walking, jogging and hiking trails. DART, the Dallas area rapid transit can be boarded in Plano and in a short time arrive in Dallas to enjoy all it has to offer and return back to Plano, where life is enjoyed at a slower pace.
