Homes are staying on the market about as long as last year, averaging 63 days, and there is only a 1.7 month supply of homes currently on the market in North Richland Hills, down 36% from last year (a ‘normal’ market, not a buyer’s market nor a seller’s market is considered to be a 6 month supply of homes on the market).
