Keller Foreclosures

The Keller foreclosures submarket of the Keller real estate market remains relatively small.  Year to date (October 23, 2009), there have been a total of 575 Keller MLS listings that have sold.  Of the 575 Keller homes that have sold since the first of the year, only thirty-nine (39) of those MLS listings have been foreclosures.

The Keller real estate market has remained much stronger than most of the other Dallas-Fort Worth suburban home markets.  The median sales prices of Keller homes actually increase in five (5) of the past seven (7) quarters (and the two quarters where the median sales price decreased, the median price decrease was only 1% both quarters).  The Keller foreclosures sales number for the first 9 1/2 months of 2009 is down 36% from the number of Keller foreclosures sold in the first 9 1/2 months of 2008; thirty-nine (39) sales year to date in 2009 versus sixty-one (61) for the same time frame in 2008 .

The number of Keller foreclosures currently on the market is fairly small.  At the present time, the Keller real estate market consists of twenty-six (26) foreclosed properties on the market, of which only fifteen (15) do not already have contracts on them.  The link below contains the current inventory of Keller foreclosures:
