Home sales are up 7% year over year in Grapevine, with the average price up 4% to $272,840. Homes are staying on the market 42% less time, averaging 32 days, than last year and there is only a 1.4 month supply of homes currently on the market in Grapevine, down 52% from last year (a ‘normal’ market, not a buyer’s market nor a seller’s market is considered to be a 6 month supply of homes on the market).
